When this happens, it is an understatement to say that a person’s world can turn upside down and the to-do list and stress builds in full-force. While the focus is to find a new job, cut expenses and keep family life on track, the list of unrelenting tasks goes on. When people find themselves in this situation and they own property, the mortgage bills, taxes and utility bills are their biggest expenses and they decide they want or need to sell and do so quickly. This is where we can and do help every week.
